Here are my current Online Training Offerings. I feel that no matter where you are at in your life, everyone should feel good. One of the ways to start doing this is by moving our bodies.
I have been personal training for almost two decades and for over 10 years in the Whistler area. These classes keep you accountable to you. Each class is a different full body workout and is 60 mins in length. They start with a mobility warm up and end with yoga/stretching sequence.
